This is my first day at ANY attempt at cleaning at all. I would like to thank Taka-sama for all his help and feedback.

Also, if there is anything i can do, please say so and I will try to correct it.

Overall, I can say: You overleveld the pictures, and that's not the best way to clean'em. You should concentrate to the greys as well, Not just the black. SOme of those Test Images are very crappy /like HL, and TWGOK pages/, some of them requires redrawning /Naruto/

Dunno what denoising program are ya using, But it's messing with the greys, so something is not right, with the settings.

Anyways... for the first try, it's good enough, but ya have to practice more, and more. Clean a page every Day, and you'll become a cleaner in no time!

Okay, ill work on the leveling bit. I was using neatimage but it wasnt working as well as i had planned >_<

I'll listen to your advice, so here is the page ill clean today. It is the same raw as above, but i restarted it. It looks better than my other clean :S

So I was wonderin', what can I do with this page XD And I tell ya, if you see a page crappy, like this, don'T ever touch is.. it's bad for your health >>
Anyways I worked on it 30-40 minutes, but the dusty greys are hard for me too :/
Anyways here's the result:


There are some minor changes, but Yours is almost as good as mine
The differences:
-Top left panel: miy bg is less blurry, and a bit darker
-Top right: Elsees hair must be black, yours still has some white, and grey dots
-Middle panel: Watch this one!!! The greys are niiice, ya know why is that so? I tell ya: cause I worked on it for 6 minutes with the clone tool XDDD
-lower left panel: Almost same as mine, but you forgot the line between Elsees hair, and mommys clothes Looks better like that And
-lower right: blacks are dotty, And you should redrawn the sfx
And last ^^ Official Noizy rules:
-Pages must be 1200px high and ya must redraw the borders: 3px black line
That's all, but yeah your getting better Try another page tomorrow, you could use the new raws, from MH, it's friday, so they'll have some

About the clone tool, sadly if we have crappy pages like this, it's a musthave but it's no hard to use: Simply ALT+click for sample Click to the place you want to clone /I'm using a tablet-speed up things-, but it's the same with Mouse too/

Oooh. I never read or heard of this manga, so i didn't know who Mommy was xD. I just assumed that Elsee was the woman and mommy was also the woman XD

hmm, for your dancing girl, it doesnt matter what is the method you use, the important thing is that the pic looks good.

you just have to calculate the dots better in the dancing girl pic.that will eliminate the sudden gap between dancing girls...

and miranu... looks like others is slacking off like always XD... (me? busy with my life)

For the dancing girls, it took me like 10 seconds to fix that part, though it was only because the girls were "identical" to each other. However, after pasting, i found out that they weren't identical because some of the girls' arms were bigger than others >_<

I will work on calculating the dots, and I should also get a better photoshop.. all the tutorials i read are for more recent versions of Photoshop and i am missing the tools I'm using elements 6.0

I struggled with the denoise because I still cant get neatimage to do what i want it to do without messing up the lines.

Oohh it's a good quality pic now ^^ Better choice I thin all of your versions are good enough to be in a scan. Personally I like the first one. Why? Cause Miranu likes it crispy, the other scanlators here would say, the 2nd version is nice and smooth Anyways nice work

Alot of other applications i see here have godly work but they spend enormous amounts of time (1 hour+) for 1 page O_O.

Mine on the other hand, don't take as long, but i'll still try to improve the quality. ^^

good work....maybe you want to apply one more time?.... I dont have the power to take you but I can recommend...... you will have more opportunity to learn when you become a staff....
